Where can I park at the Tempe cafe?

Finding parking in Tempe can be a challenge, but we've got you covered with three options:

Our Parking Lot

We have a cozy, small parking lot right at our cafe; however, spots fill up quickly. If you spot an open space here, grab it!

Street Parking on 8th Street

There's street parking available on 8th Street, but be mindful of time limits. Always check parking signs.

Alley Behind the Cafe (See Photo Below)

Behind our cafe, accessible by driving behind Four Peaks Brewery, you'll find an alley with ample parking. There's no time limit here.

Getting to the Alley: Take a look at the diagram to find your way. DO NOT ENTER from Dorsey Ln.

The alley is one-way; follow the dashed line to the area highlighted in orange to access abundant alleyway parking.

Yes, we have a special rewards program just for you!

Wi-Fi

We offer complimentary Wi-Fi to all our cafe guests. Whether you're here for work or leisure, stay connected and enjoy our internet access.

Printing Services

In addition to free Wi-Fi, we also provide a convenient printing service. You can wirelessly print documents right from your device for a small fee.

Can I order online for pickup?

We apologize for any inconvenience, but at the moment, we do not offer online ordering for pickup. We also do not take cafe orders over the phone. Our baristas work diligently to ensure the best experience for our customers, and the high volume of incoming calls for pickup orders would be disruptive to the flow of service. We appreciate your understanding.

Is your cafe pet-friendly?

Yes, your furry friends are more than welcome. However, please note that due to health code regulations, only service animals are permitted inside or out on our patio. Thank you for understanding.

General Coffee FAQs

What is Direct Trade Coffee?

Direct Trade means we buy our coffee beans directly from the farmers who grow them.

This way, the farmers get paid a fair wage because there are no middlemen taking a cut of the money. We do this because we care about making sure coffee farmers and workers are getting paid what they deserve .

We understand that without them, there would be no coffee industry.

How should I store my coffee?

There’s a lot that goes into an excellent cup of coffee, and freshness is definitely part of it!

We find it best to use coffee within 30 days after it is roasted, as the flavor will fade as time passes. Always keep your coffee in a cool, dry place in either its original packaging or an airtight container.

Many people store coffee in the refrigerator or freezer, but we do not recommend that. The moisture level will increase the rate of flavor loss.

How much coffee or tea comes in a bag?

Our retail coffee bags contain 8 ounces of coffee, except for a few Infusion Blends available in 3.3-pound bags.

Our retail tea bags contain 4 ounces of tea.

Where does your coffee come from?

We source our coffees from all over the world including Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Honduras, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Nicaragua, Papua New Guinea, Peru, and Rwanda just to name a few. Our owner Patrick O’Malley travels around to find the best coffee to serve in our shops.

Where does your tea come from?

Our teas come from around the world, including countries like China, India, and Japan, among others. Additionally, our unique tea blends are personally crafted by our owner, Patrick O'Malley.

What roast are your coffees?

At our cafe, we don't categorize our coffees by roast levels. Instead, we concentrate on roasting each bean to bring out its best flavor. Before any coffee reaches our customers, it undergoes a thorough evaluation with various roasting techniques to achieve the finest taste, flavor, and roast style. This process is unique for each coffee we offer.

If we had to define a general roast type. Our coffees tend to be medium to medium light roast.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to deliver your freshly roasted coffee or tea within 2 to 5 business days.

You can track your order's progress by logging into your account. Please keep in mind that sometimes, there may be unforeseen carrier delays beyond our control.

What is your return policy?

Our main aim is to ensure you're delighted with our products!

If there's any issue with your order, please reach out to us at info@infusioncoffeetea.com within 48 hours of delivery (the sooner, the better).

If you didn't enjoy the coffee or tea you selected, our team can suggest an alternative that aligns better with your taste for your next order.

How do I find my order?

Finding your order is easy! You can do it in two ways:

1 Check your order confirmation email, which you'll receive right after placing your order.

2 Log in to your account, which you created during checkout.

Can I buy your coffee wholesale or in bulk?

"If you're a business owner looking to buy larger quantities of our coffee, you can do so through our wholesale partner, Espresso Italia.

They distribute a range of products, including our roasted coffee and blended teas, to cafes, bars, restaurants, and hotels in Arizona and nearby states.
