This family owned business takes into account more than three generations of coffee producers, with new and creative concepts of the younger members of the family. The production has been certified with VSS UTZ, which is only a base point for reference regarding the beliefs of how to run a business that helps the community and workforce around. mitigates and reduces the environmental impact of production, and that is trying to be as profitable as possible, so this and the next generation of the family do remain coffee producers.
Wet mill and dry processes have been standardized and tested multiple times, with the main objective of assuring quality and the same cup profile in each of our plots. Plots have been selected strategically and manage in a differentiated way, so the varieties of coffee can express all their genetic potential, hand picking with late harvest to ensure sweetness on the cup profile.
